Frequently asked
Does the EU AI Act really require AI training?
Yes. Article 4 has, since 2 February 2025, required every company to ensure sufficient AI literacy among everyone working with AI — staff and contractors. No grace period; since 2 August 2026 enforcement and fines apply (up to €35M or 7% of global turnover).
Are the courses state-accredited?
They are privately issued RHETRA professional certificates — not a state-accredited qualification. The course does not automatically make you compliant; it produces the documented evidence of proportional AI literacy that Art. 4 requires, including an exportable training record.
Online-live or in person?
All courses are LIVE and instructor-led — either online-live or in person. No self-paced video. Completion via a scenario-based check (pass mark 80%).
What makes the Officer certificate different?
It is cryptographically signed (Dilithium5), verifiable on a public register, and EU-practical rather than generic. That makes it tamper-proof and audit-ready — and cheaper than comparable international certificates.
