Privacy Policy

The short version: we run no third-party trackers, no analytics cookies, no ad pixels. The only personal data we process is what you type into our download or demo forms — with your consent, for the purpose you gave it.

RHETRA is a brand operated by Cosmos Elit UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

What we collect, and why

• Download & demo forms: name, business email, company, role, and any message you write. Purpose: providing the requested download or demo, plus product and security-update notifications. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical minimum: a truncated IP address (last octet removed) and shortened browser identifier, stored with your form submission for abuse prevention. Full IP addresses are not stored by our forms.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (United Domains, Germany) keeps standard web-server logs for operation and security.

What we do not do

• No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.
• No sale or sharing of your data with third parties.
• No transfer outside the EU.

Retention & your rights

We keep form data as long as needed for the stated purpose or until you revoke consent. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. One email to hello@rhetra.eu is enough to exercise any of them.

Product data (for the curious)

Our products are built zero-egress: the RHETRA OSI Shield analyses text on your device and sends nothing to us. Downloading it does not create telemetry back to RHETRA.
